Our History
We haven't always been called Personality™, and we haven't always been in L.A.--but one thing's for sure, we've always been about marketing and communication.
From the very beginning (Chicago, circa 1998) we found ourselves working with businesses and nonprofits who needed help expressing who they were. But we weren't just creating communication pieces or devising marketing plans, we were cheering our clients on to embrace who they really were. We wanted so desperately for them to see the value of their own personality, to speak through their marketing with authenticity and move forever away from trying to be someone else. We knew if they would, everything would change for the better.
In 2005 we realized this was our passion and decided to make it official ...
